Shawn Rae Feimster is a self-taught artist originally from Harrisburg, PA, currently based in Lansdowne, Pennsylvania, who has been painting since the age of 10. 

Working primarily with acrylics and mixed media, she creates vibrant abstract works and expressive portraits that showcase her love for bold colors and rich textures.

In addition to her personal artistry, Shawn is a retired master stylist & cosmetology instructor, dedicated art instructor and community advocate. She co-owns Shawn Rae Art Gallery LLC, a Black and female-owned creative space that offers art classes, Paint & Sip events, private events and exhibitions. The gallery serves as a hub for artistic expression and community engagement in the Philadelphia area.

Through her art and teaching, Shawn Rae Feimster continues to inspire others to explore their creativity and connect through the transformative power of art.
